Happy New Year ya'll! The WoodPicks are digging out of a big snowfall, tuning up, and rehearsing for a new Gospel CD in the works. We're busy putting our 2010 schedule together and looking forward to a busy year. Hopefully we have winterize the motor coaches so when we hit the trail we're gettin' showered only when we're wishin' to.

With that, stay warm, stay in tune, and we'll be seeing you down the road!

I am hopeful I can safely say spring is finally here! With that I can add that or new CD "How Much Wood…" is FINISHED!!!

We are still buzzing from last nights performance with the Lincoln High School Choir along with Robert Robertson and the Twin Cities Choir. Wow, what a show! We are so proud of the choir for their hard work and dedication. Thank you for having us a part of your show.

Thank you all who made it to the Empire show on such a bone chilling evening. Braving a blizzard shows true love for music or "I just gotta get out of the house!" Great to share the stage that evening with Prairie Grass and Cotton Wood. Hope to see you all again real soon!

The WoodPicks are presently working on their next CD with hopes of having it completed by years end. The title of this CD is still in debate. I came up with, "How much would a WoodPick pick if a WoodPick would pick?" or perhaps "Good Wood". Either way we are excited to complete this project. Fourteen songs have been put down in the studio and now the tweaking is in progress! We appreciate your patience.

At present we are fine tuning some Christmas songs for our December shows. We may sneak a couple in the studio this week, get 'em over to the radio stations and share in the Christmas Cheer!
