The old Jim had all but completely disappeared, only to be replaced by a very angry and explosively aggressive Jim who became expressively intolerant about almost everything.
And be assertive, don’t be a doormat for overbearing bosses who use you as a dustbin for extra work. Don’t let them overload you with work that you cannot possibly cope with. If you are not an assertive person, learn to be by taking classes at the local college. Remember, if you don’t do anything about it, you lose the right to complain.
